When using our consulting, you're
in charge, using your guidelines unless
you ask us to think out of the box.
We're in charge of
our consulting, and based on 40 years of experience, we have some
guidelines, too.J
Show evidence of your dedication to your project
before we consult.
Even with our free advice, we might ask for a token
retainer, as clients often don’t value "free" advice.
If a client seldom takes our advice, we give that
time to others.
If a client pays for other work like ours, we
require payment, too.
When asking questions, show proposed answers to
the questions.
Use our OWN© – "only what’s
needed"© way for communications.
